Please park in the Target Garage. Use the red Target elevators to go up and exit through Target, turn to the right to walk up to our front doors. Parking for tours is validated.

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, 3-15 months.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.
Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas and trash. Residents are responsible for electric and Wi-Fi.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:
